These are the healthiest and easiest chicken wings These are the healthiest and easiest chicken wings that anyone can make at home.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken wings (I removed the skin)
2. Ginger and garlic paste 
3. Cilantro
4. Lime juice
5. Salt and Pepper
6. Onion paste 

Recipe:
1. Remove the skin from chicken wings as much as you can.
2. Add cilantro, lime juice, and 1/4 of an onion in a blender and blend until roughly smooth.
3. Strain water as much as you can.
4. Add this marinade to the wings and also add salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle some avocado oil and let it marinate for 30mins.
6. Add it to the air fryer, oven, grill and let it cook until it gets chargrilled on the outside. 
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
