- 1 Apple
- 1 medium sized Beetroot, peeled
- 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop Vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 scoop Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 cup Almond milk
Dice apples and beet; make sure beets are washed thoroughly, dried, and peeled.
Add diced apples and beets to a blender with lots of ice and 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries. Add 1tbsp of peanut butter.
Next add vegan protein powder of your choice with some almong milk.
Blend into a smoothie and enojoy this lovely healthy breakfast on-the-go.
