Heat a cast iron skillet and add 1 tbspn of avocado oil.

Once it is heated, add chopped garlic. Once garlic starts to turn brown, add ground beef and sauté until its color changes to brown and water is released.

Add soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika into the beef and mix it well. Cook until most of the sauce is dried.
