- 500 g Chickpea, Canned
- 2-4 Garlic cloves, Minced
- 1 Cucumber, Cut in small cubes
- 1 Tomato, Diced
- 1 spoon Flax/Chia seeds
- 1 spoon Olive Oil
- Salt, Per taste
- Pepper, Per taste
- 1 Lemon, Squeezed
Wash and rinse canned chickpeas. Pat dry them and add them into a bowl.
Once in a bowl, add minced garlic, cucumber, tomatoes, and olive oil.
Add seasonings, that is, salt and pepper, and mix them all together.
Next top it with some kale or any other favorite leafy green and sprinkle some chia or flax seeds. Serve fresh!
