- 2 lbs Chicken wings, Ideally this recipe should be made without the skin
- 3-4 tbsp Creamcheese, Philadelphia creamcheese will go well for this recipe
- Per taste Salt
- Per taste Pepper
- 1/4 tbsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Ideally skinless chicken wings are the best for this recipe since this is a healthy version of chicken wings. However, feel free to skip it if you don’t have much time. It will still come out yum and healthy.
Take chicken wings in a bowl and add all the ingredients including ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, green cardamom powder, and creamcheese. mix it well and let it sit for 30-45 mins. Overnight marination would be ideal though.
We made this on a charcoal bbq grill, but it can also be made in an oven or an air fryer. Broil it on high heat for 15 mins each side or until you start seeing the black chargrilled marks on the ends. Once you see it, flip the chicken and cook for another 10-15 mins.
That’s it! Pair this with your choice of salad and you have a great yummy homemade healthy high protein meal.
