- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Chili Paste (optional)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon Juice Squeezed
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3-4 Basil Leaves
Mix chili paste (optional), soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and leave it aside.
Heat cast iron skillet and add avocado oil. Once it is hot, add chopped garlic and stir fry for a couple of mins.
Once it gives aroma, add ground beef into the pan and sauté until changes its color from pink to brown and releases water.
Next, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir fry well with beef for a couple of mins.
Now add the sauce and mix it well and let it cook covered for 5 mins. Add basil and mix it well for enhanced flavor. Enjoy with white/brown rice.
