  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • Per Taste Salt
  • Per Taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

    Heat avocado oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 mins.

    Once garlic changes color, add ground beef (90/10) and stir fry until it changes color to brown and starts to leave water.

    Add all the spices including salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, lemon juice. Mix it well with the beef.

    Once beef is cooked take it out in a separate bowl and let it rest.

    Now in the same pan, add cut broccoli and stir fry for a few mins until broccoli gets crunchy. Next, add the ground beef into the pan and mix well. Serve with rice or lettuce cups.
