  • 1 lb Ground Beef (90/10)
  • 2 tbsp Salsa
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 1/4 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • Per taste Sea salt
  • Per taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Crushed red pepper flakes

    Heat avocado oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté until it releases aroma and turns brown.

    Add ground beef and sauté well for 3-4 mins until the color changes from pink to brown.

    Once the color changes add the taco spice mix along with homemade salsa and cook until beef is cooked. Serve with tortilla or salad.
