- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1-2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 Bell pepper, green

- 1/4 tbsp Sumac
- Per taste Salt

Start by chopping onions and making a paste of ginger and garlic in a pestle.

Next, take a bowl and add the ground beef in it along with the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chopped cilantro.

Add all the seasonings in the ground beef and mix it all together.

Next prepare the vegetables by cutting the green bell peppers in 1-2 inch square pieces.

Give the ground beef kebab shape by rolling it in your palms and using a skewer.

Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees. Once heated, add the kebab skewers in a baking tray and spread the bell peppers on the sides.

Once oven gets pre heated, add the baking tray in the oven and cook for 15-20 mins. Make sure to bast the kebabs with oil spray otherwise they can become dry.

Take the tray out once the bell peppers and the kebabs are cooked. Serve with whole grain gluten-free bread.
