- 1 large Tomato
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100 g Peas
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Add avocado oil in a deep dish pan like a ‘kadai’ and let it heat.

Once it is hot, add chopped onions (use the vegetable chopper for faster results) in the Kadai and cook until they get translucent.

Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté well for 2 mins, then add diced tomatoes.

Cook until tomatoes are soft then add the ground beef and mix well. Once the color of ground beef changes from pink to brown, add all the spices along with frozen peas and mix well. Cook covered until most of the sauce is thickened and the peas are well cooked. Serve with garlic nan and enjoy!
