- 1 small Banana
- 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup Cashew milk
- 1 scoop Vegan protein powder
- 20-30 g Crushed mixed nuts
- 2-3 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Ghee, replace with peanut butter
Slice banana into small bite sized pieces. These banana pieces will be added to the smoothie as is once it is prepared.
Roughly crush mixed nuts. Mixed nuts must have almonds and walnuts.
Cut strawberries in halves. This will be used to garnish the smoothie.
Add frozen berries into a blender along with ice. Make sure the berries are a good mix of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
Add cashew milk with 1 scoop of vegan protein powder and ghee (replace with same amount of peanut butter if you don’t like ghee).
Blend it well in a blender until it has a smooth consistency.
Add banana slices banana, mix in chia seeds, and top with crushed mixed nuts. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
