Veganism is an approach to a healthy lifestyle, and its popularity has skyrocketed over the last few years. As more and more people start to realize the health benefits of eating clean and organic non-meat, non-dairy food, veganism as a concept has become a phenomenon. In this article, we summarize the top 5 easiest vegan meal ideas under 5 mins.
1. Chickpea Salad
This is my personal favorite and I make it all the time. Throw in some rinsed chickpeas along with chopped onions, tomato, cucumber, spinach, avocado, raddish, and cilantro into a bowl. Add salt and pepper with some lemon juice and a hint of olive oil. Mix it well and there you have an excellent meal prepared under 5 mins with lot of nutrients to help achieve your fitness goals.
2. Mix Veggie Bowl With Vegan Dip
Mix in your favorite veggies like bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, thinly slices carrots, arugula, spinach or any other leafy green of your choice and top it with guacamole. Season with salt, pepper, and a hint of lemon juice. Next take some dairy free cream cheese, garlic, onions, and some spinach.
