Veganism is an approach to a healthy lifestyle, and its popularity has skyrocketed over the last few years. As more and more people start to realize the health benefits of eating clean and organic non-meat, non-dairy food, veganism as a concept has become a phenomenon. 1. Chickpea Salad

This is my personal favorite and I make it all the time. Throw in some rinsed chickpeas along with chopped onions, tomato, cucumber, spinach, avocado, raddish, and cilantro into a bowl. Add salt and pepper with some lemon juice and a hint of olive oil. Mix it well and there you have an excellent meal prepared under 5 mins with lot of nutrients to help achieve your fitness goals.

2. Mix Veggie Bowl With Vegan Dip

Mix in your favorite veggies like bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, thinly slices carrots, arugula, spinach or any other leafy green of your choice and top it with guacamole. Season with salt, pepper, and a hint of lemon juice. Next take some dairy free cream cheese, garlic, onions, and some spinach. There you go, a vegan bowl with a yummy dip that has all the required nutrients.

3. Sweet Potato Toasts

Yes, that’s right! Did you know the sweet potatoes are the new toasts. Well almost! Sweet potatoes are a healthy alternative to regular potatoes owing to its nutrient-dense nature. Cut sweet potatoes into slices, as thick as a bread slice, add it into the oven and cook until it is soft. Once potatoes are toasted, add avocado slices topped with hemp seeds and season with oregano.

This green smoothie is actually mean and also a personal recipe of my own. Add some spinach (or any other greens of your choice), almond milk, if you like add some nuts (or you can skip this), vegan protein powder, peanut butter, and a spoonful of mix chia and flaxseeds. Blend it to consistency of your liking and there you go. A healthy high protein vegan meal under 5 mins.
